Miraculous Medal Novena
Our Lady awaits you to turn to her in confidence. She is your sign of hope, your help in adversity, and your most loving Mother at every moment. You can draw closer to her and her Son during a novena of Masses being held November 18-26 here at the National Shrine of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal. Take part in spirit by returning your personal prayer intentions to be placed near Mary’s Shrine Altar throughout the nine days and on November 27, the feast of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal. You may also burn Votive Lights for your intentions.

The Miraculous Medal remains a global force for accomplishing God’s will through the devotion of so many faithful wearers and sharers! From the moment the first “Medals of the Immaculate Conception” were delivered in 1832 until our own day, countless people have reported grace-filled blessings received through Mary’s intercession associated with the medal, and even favors they call “miraculous.”

Fr. Kevin’s full letter shares more, including inspiring testimonials of several AMM members.

189 years ago, Our Lady appeared to Saint Catherine Labouré and asked her to have a medal made in the likeness of the vision presented to her. Catherine accepted this mission. In the years since Mary’s apparition to Saint Catherine, Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal has touched the lives of hundreds of millions who have worn her medal and trust in her intercession. When our Blessed Mother appeared to young Catherine Labouré in 1830, she foretold the evil and sorrow of the revolutions of 1830 and 1832 in France. The situation back then seemed hopeless, just as it does for so many today. But no situation is hopeless when Mary, the Mother of Jesus, steps in! She gave us the Miraculous Medal which has brought us hope in times of despair. The Association here in Perryville, Missouri, continues Mary’s mission of hope by bringing people to Jesus through Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal. Allow the Association to pray with you. Send your petitions for remembrance in our annual Miraculous Medal Novena, November 18-26, and request Votive Lights to burn.  Read Fr. Kevin’s letter about how Mary is waiting to hear from you.
