Mother’s Day is a wonderful opportunity to seek Mary’s intercession for someone special in your life by sending one or more of our Mother’s Day Spiritual Remembrance Cards. The beautiful cards promise your recipient(s) a special remembrance in the Masses offered here at the National Shrine of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal — both on Mother’s Day and throughout the month of May. You may burn a Votive Light for your loved one as another sign of your love.

As always, any offering you include is deeply appreciated and will help spread devotion to Our Lady and draw more people closer to her Son, Jesus. Read Fr. Kevin’s letter to learn more.

“Come, they told me …” Like the Little Drummer Boy, we may feel we have little to offer our infant Savior. This year’s hardships and isolation may have left many people feeling too beaten down to march to the manger with much of a joyful heart. If that’s you, allow AMM’s Christmas Novena to help lift your heart and soul to heaven! When you present your prayers of adoration, repentance, thanksgiving, and intercession for others to Jesus through Mary, it is a sign of your love and devotion to our Lord and Redeemer! From December 16-24, your petitions will bring you spiritually present to the foot of the manger here at the National Shrine of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal, where you’ll share in our members’ hope-filled anticipation of the Savior’s coming. Request a Votive Light in this same spirit of praise and supplication. May our Lord shower your heart with joy this Christmas!

A cherished Christmas tradition at our Lady’s Association is offering Christmas cards for you to send as spiritual gifts to relatives, friends, neighbors, co-workers, and anyone else in need of God’s loving grace. The cards will not only warm the hearts of those who receive them, but will also grant your recipients a share in an octave of Masses beginning on Christmas Day offered here at our Lady’s Shrine. This year we are excited to have three new Christmas cards available. Read Fr. Kevin’s letter about the faith of Mary as Mother of our Savior, Jesus Christ. Any intentions you send us will be placed at our Lady’s Shrine for remembrance in the Christmas Octave beginning on Christmas Day and ending on January 1. Request your Christmas cards today and send us your intentions.

We will celebrate Father’s Day on Sunday, June 16.We think of the strength of a father, his guiding hand, his wisdom, his help, and most importantly his love. God the Father gave us his only Son, Jesus Christ, so that we might be saved through him. Join us in praying for dads, granddads, godfathers, step-fathers, foster fathers, and all men shouldering the awesome responsibility of fatherhood. Send me the names of your father figures, along with your special prayer intentions to be included in our Mass on Father’s Day here at our Lady’s National Shrine on June 16. As a sign of your prayerful devotion, you can also burn a Votive Light in their honor or memory. Your loved ones and intentions will also be remembered throughout the month of June. And don't forget to request our new Father's Day card to share with the Fathers in your life!

Easter Blessings!
Jesus is risen, and so are we! Read Fr. Kevin’s message about the resurrection of Jesus redeeming mankind forever and why Easter is a time of hopeful transformation. Send me your petitions to be remembered here at the Shrine in our Easter Octave of Masses beginning on Easter Sunday and concluding on Divine Mercy Sunday. Burn Votive Lights for family and friends. To help you announce the Easter blessings promised to us by Jesus, send our new Easter card to someone you love. When you do so, you will not only be sharing the good news of Jesus’ promise to us, but you will also be offering your loved one a spiritual remembrance in our Easter Octave of Masses.
