Here at our Lady’s Shrine we will celebrate a very important holy day, the Solemnity of the Ascension, on Sunday, May 28, with Mass at 11:00 a.m., CDT. The Ascension is a core belief of our Catholic faith, and we affirm this every Sunday or anytime we profess the Nicene or Apostles’ Creed. I invite you to send your prayer requests and to burn Votive Lights in celebration of our Lord’s Ascension. Christ is calling for you, for me, and for every soul ever conceived. When you send your intentions to our Lady’s Shrine, our Blessed Mother will bring your requests to her Son and he will help you.

Jesus is the Divine Physician. He worked miracles of healing during his life on earth, and he continues working miracles of healing now, especially through the intercession of his and our Blessed Mother Mary.  Our Lady promised that she would obtain God’s grace for all who seek her intercession.
