with an option to extend your trip to Lourdes for three additional days. Start with a visit to the Chapel where the story of Our Lady
of the Miraculous Medal began and travel through the French countryside and Normandy beaches while praying for healing and hope with new friends. Highlights of this trip will be the Chapel of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal, Notre Dame Cathedral, the Basilica of St. Therese Lisieux, Normandy Beaches, Sainte Mere Eglise, Rouen, Caen, Carentan, and then Lourdes if you decide

Are you interested in a magical pre-Christmas experience? In December 2019 the Association of the Miraculous Medal is
sponsoring a special pilgrimage which will visit Christmas markets in Eastern Europe. We will embark in Budapest, Hungary, on the AmaWaterways river ship, AmaLea, for a 7-night cruise up the Danube River and along the Main-Danube Canal through Austria and Germany. We will visit fascinating Christmas markets, as well as inspiring churches, and other interesting sites in Budapest, Hungary; in Vienna, Austria; and in Passau, Regensburg and Nuremberg, Germany. We will celebrate Mass each day, either onboard the AmaLea or in a local church. If you wish, you may conclude your pilgrimage in Nuremberg and fly home.

Disembarking from the AmaLea, we will continue by coach to Prague, Czech Republic, for a 3-night stay in one of the world’s
most enchanting cities. In Prague we will celebrate Mass in Our Lady of Victory Church where the original statue of the
Infant Jesus of Prague is enshrined. Prague is home to one of the most beautiful of the Christmas markets. Traveling out of the
city of Prague, our pilgrimage will take us to the important Marian shrine of Svata Hora. Before returning to Prague, we will also
enjoy a tour of the Pilsner Urquell Brewery where the pale lager style of Bohemian beer was first brewed.

Every 10 years a truly special opportunity is available. In 1633, the people of the Bavarian Alpine village of Oberammergau vowed to God that they would present a play depicting the last week of the earthly life of our Savior, Jesus Christ, if God freed them from the scourge of plague. Fulfilling their vow, the Passion Play was first performed in 1634. In 1680, it was decided to change the year of the performance to those ending in 0. The villagers have faithfully staged the play every 10 years with very few exceptions.
The Association of the Miraculous Medal is delighted to offer you an opportunity to travel with us to Oberammergau in
July of 2020 to experience the deeply spiritual drama of the Passion Play.

We have chosen an Alpine itinerary which includes visits to Heidelberg, Germany; Lucerne, Switzerland; Innsbruck and Salzburg, Austria; and Munich before we arrive in Oberammergau for the highlight of our pilgrimage, the inspiring Passion Play. Finally, we travel to Frankfurt, Germany, for our return flight to the United States. We will celebrate Mass and pray together in beautiful
churches and chapels.
