In the first issue of the 2023 Bulletin, Father Kevin introduces a new yearly theme based upon Saint Paul’s teaching in 1 Corinthians 12:12-27. We are all members of Christ’s mystical Body, the Church, created in perfection to live in harmony and unity with one another. No one member is less important or more valuable to the whole. Saint Therese of Lisieux is featured in this issue as a model saint to imitate during Lent. Read about her “Little Way” of love that she believed even very weak souls (like she considered herself to be) could follow to attain the holiness that God desires for each of us. Don’t miss the details of AMM’s 2023 May Procession, scheduled to commence at St. Mary’s of the Barrens (the Shrine Church) at 1:00 p.m. C.T., on Sunday, May 7, here in Perryville, Missouri.  Be sure to browse our gift shop’s spring religious items and order Easter cards to send the gift of Masses and prayers to loved ones. Thank you for your Vincentian spirit of humility, charity, and prayer. Know that you are remembered in the daily Mass and prayers by the Vincentian priests and brothers at the National Shrine of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal.

Your support for the Association of the Miraculous Medal at Christmas is a beautiful way to help the Mother of God become more known and loved by her spiritual children everywhere. This is our mission. Thank you again for being a part of our growing AMM family.

In the first issue of the 2022 Bulletin newsletter, Father Kevin introduces a new yearly theme. "We are Vincentians” promotes the idea that each of us is a special part of the worldwide family of religious and lay persons devoted to the mission of Saint Vincent de Paul. Together, we serve the material and spiritual needs of the poor. By this we grow closer to Christ. Don’t miss your invitation to come to Perryville, Missouri, for the annual May Procession.

Be sure to browse our gift shop’s spring religious items and order Easter cards to send the gift of Easter prayer to loved ones.

Be assured that you and your needs are remembered in the daily Mass and prayers of the Vincentian community at the National Shrine of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal.

Enjoy the Fall Bulletin!
This issue of the Bulletin newsletter highlights stories about important and unusual journeys. Father Kevin tells about the incredible spiritual journey of two Jewish brothers, contemporaries of Saint Catherine Labouré, whose lives were changed forever by Christ’s love and mercy poured out through Mary. You’ll read about the fascinating life path and road to martyrdom of one of Our Lady’s greatest advocates and patron saint of the 20th century, Maximilian Kolbe. Hear from one AMM member about the way of faith his parents instilled in him from little on. And don’t miss Don Fulford’s story of an unforgettable childhood journey — an 18-hour road trip with his parents and five siblings — and the spiritual lesson that plays out along the way.

We pray that the Fall Bulletin inspires you along your own daily paths. As always, we welcome you to send your own stories of faith and family that we can share with fellow AMM members. Call us at 1-800-264-MARY (6279) or email us at ammfather@amm.org.
