Association of the Miraculous Medal

As testimonies to the generosity of God's love in answer to prayers offered through our Lady of the Miraculous Medal, the Association receives thousands of letters. In that spirit of gratitude to God, the Association publishes edited sections of some letters.

The first letter is from Pennsylvania

Dear Father,

I received terrible news that one of my few living relatives, my uncle, was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. I was devastated. I prayed to Our Blessed Mother for his healing. Over the next several weeks, he entered into remission. This was truly a miracle! The doctors said they haven’t seen a recovery like his, and that this just doesn’t happen. I attribute his remission to the powerful intercession of Our Blessed Mother.

The second letter is from Texas

Dear Father,

My godchild’s youngest son was having kidney difficulty while still in the womb and was not expected to live. The doctors wanted to abort the baby, but his mother told them that this would not be an option. A prayer group started praying for the baby and distributing Miraculous Medals. The boy is now in his pre-teens, and his name has been on the kidney transplant list in Houston longer than anyone else. The doctors have no explanation as to how he is still alive. We know it’s because of the powerful intercession of Our Blessed Mother!
