Association of the Miraculous Medal

As testimonies to the generosity of God's love in answer to prayers offered through our Lady of the Miraculous Medal, the Association receives thousands of letters. In that spirit of gratitude to God, the Association publishes edited sections of some letters.

February 28, 2022

The first letter is from Louisiana.

Dear Father,

My husband had a stroke in November 2015 and was hospitalized and in a rehab center until January of 2016. The Miraculous Medal played a huge roll in his recovery. I left a medal by his bed at all times and one was pinned on his clothes. I begged Our Mother Mary to please intercede for him and let him live! He's still partially paralyzed, but he is alive! Please keep him in your prayers. I am handing out more Miraculous Medals than ever. I truly believe my husband is a walking miracle through the intercession of the Miraculous Medal and Our Blessed Mother. The doctor even said, “I don't know what faith you are, but someone has been doing some serious praying!” The doctor witnessed something he rarely sees. This was my sign. Thank you Mother Mary and Jesus, my Lord. God bless the Association for all of your prayers.

The second letter is from South Africa.

Dear Father,

I thank our dear Mother Mary for her powerful intercession and protection over my son. He was on drugs for 10 years. He went into a rehabilitation facility for a month and received outpatient treatment for one year. The next time he had his drug test, it was clear. Thank God for sending his only Mother to be our Mother. I want to thank Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal for this miracle in my life. I thank God for his healing hands over my son. Dear Mother Mary, please continue to protect my son under your loving mantle. Amen.

Share your story of Mary's intercession for you.
