Association of the Miraculous Medal

As testimonies to the generosity of God's love in answer to prayers offered through our Lady of the Miraculous Medal, the Association receives thousands of letters. In that spirit of gratitude to God, the Association publishes edited sections of some letters.

November 8, 2021

The first letter is from Texas.

Dear Father,

In October 2020, I was diagnosed with blood cancer. I was 54. I have worn my Miraculous Medal and have prayed to Our Lady for many years. I was afraid some days as I went through chemotherapy and then a stem cell transplant. I prayed daily and even requested prayers on the Association’s website. I want to tell you that when I went to the doctor for my results of a biopsy, blood work, and skeletal survey, I was told I was in complete remission! I have absolutely no doubt the Miraculous Medal and Mary's intercession are why all is well with me now. I pray for others with cancer, their families, care givers, non-believers, and those who have left the church. I am grateful for my remission!

The second letter is from Pennsylvania.

Dear Father,

When my husband died in 2019, he was wearing a gold Miraculous Medal on a gold rope chain which had belonged to his father. I did not realize the significance of this medal until I saw the “AMM.org" website as an advertisement on my Facebook page. I am proud and honored to wear this gold chain and Miraculous Medal of Mary. I've been praying for an increase in faith and the knowledge of how to live by faith in God's presence, as I want to be worthy in Our Lord's eyes in order to enter the Kingdom of Heaven and eternal life.

Share your story of Mary's intercession for you.
