The first letter is from Missouri.
Dear Father,
Twenty years ago, I was first diagnosed with multiple brain tumors. When I was on my way to see the brain surgeon for the first time, I became very nervous. I picked up our mail to read while my husband drove me to the doctor. I ripped open an envelope and something fell out onto the floor of our car. Up until then I was becoming more fearful by the moment. When I picked up the item and held it in my hand, I felt as though an angel had wrapped its wings around me and held me tight. I opened my hand to see a Miraculous Medal that my sister had sent to me. After reaching the doctor’s office and filling out the paperwork, I sat down and fell asleep until I was called into the exam room. The first thing the surgeon said to me was, “What you have may be moving so fast that I can’t help you.” Thanks to the Miraculous Medal I had in my hand, I took the news calmly. My tumors didn’t turn out to be cancerous as my doctor had originally thought, and God granted me the favors for which I prayed before they put me to sleep for the first surgery. I asked God to let me live long enough to watch my youngest child grow up. He was married this past June. I have worn the Miraculous Medal since I received it. I’m praying again to our Lady because the tumors are back in more abundance and one of them is inoperable. They are causing me to lose my eyesight. The doctor mentioned that a miracle could happen and my eyes could heal themselves. Please join me in praying that I might receive this miracle.
The second letter is from an email.
Dear Father,
I am truly grateful for your prayers, especially for my wife during her pregnancy. She had great difficulty in trying to conceive and carry the baby full term. She had a beautiful baby girl. The delivery was hard, but both my wife and baby are doing fine now. Thank you also for the Miraculous Medals for my wife and baby girl. I give thanks to God for everything.
