The first letter is from Virginia.
Dear Father,
Thank you for your ministry. I have a story I would like to share with you. I know a woman who had not been to confession in 30 years. I also learned that her sister has cancer. I sent them both Miraculous Medals. In just a few weeks, the sister returned home after her cancer treatments. She is recovering nicely. The woman I know went to confession soon after receiving her Miraculous Medal and is now going to Mass regularly. Is God great or what? I’m grinning from ear to ear as I write this, and I thank our Lady and praise God for the wonders of divine love!
The second letter is from New York.
Dear Father,
I worked in downtown Manhattan and lost my job due to the attacks on the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001. That day, I had a dental appointment which kept me away from the disaster area. I was out of work for many months and was down to my last unemployment check. I had been praying to Mary to help me find a job. Well, she really surprised me. The following year on the feast of Mary’s Assumption, August 15, a job offer came through. I could not have asked for a better job. It pays well and has good benefits. It was such a blessing for me and my family. I give thanks to our Lord and our Lady for taking care of us.
