Saint Joseph Chapel

Saint Joseph-Spouse to Mary Altar honors the protector of the Church. As the protector of Mary and the child Jesus, Joseph becomes the protector of Holy Mother, the Church.

Saint Joseph-Patron of the Christian Family. Joseph protects Mary and the infant Jesus in the painting of the Flight into Egypt. Joseph as the foster father of Jesus is the model for husbands to their families.

Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton-Educator and Foundress

Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton-Educator and Foundress. This first American born saint lived from 1774-1821. She was a teacher, mother, convert, widow, and founder of American Sisters of Charity under the patronage of Saint Joseph to educate girls.

Six American religious communities of women claim her as their foundress including the American Daughters of Charity of Saint Vincent de Paul, founded in Paris, France. She was canonized September 14, 1975.
