The first letter is via email.

Dear Father,

This past year was very difficult for our family.

My husband was diagnosed with terminal lung cancer and was given less than a year to live.

My son was also having a very difficult time finding employment.

I have always prayed to our Lady of the Miraculous Medal, and she has always helped me in my time of need.

When my husband of 30 years passed away last year I felt lost, lonely, and depressed.  All I did was cry.

I prayed to our Lady that she give me the strength and courage to go on without my husband, and that she help my son find employment.

It was been six months now since my husband’s passing and I am doing so much better, and my son was just hired at the hospital where he wanted so much to work.

I thank our Lady so much for answering my prayers.

The second letter is from Pennsylvania.

Dear Father,

I’m writing to let you know how grateful I am for all your prayers and concern for my son. Also, my special thanks to our Lady and our Lord for this favor granted.

I know that our Lady interceded and answered my prayers. I have been dedicated to our Blessed Virgin Mary all my life.

My son is doing very well. Since his transplant operation, he has been going every Tuesday to the hospital for his follow-up exams.

After his next visit, he will begin going every second Tuesday for a while, then every month, and I imagine it will be periodically for the rest of his life.

He is getting dialysis treatments three times a week to get the new kidneys back to working normally.

He is also on many other medications so it will be awhile before he is back to normal. But he looks good, thank God. Please continue to pray for my son and my intentions. I am so grateful.
