The first letter is via email.
Dear Father,
Our family is new to the Miraculous Medal. In faith and understanding, each one of us is wearing the medal. My daughter received her blessed Miraculous Medal yesterday as she was on the way to a job interview. She has been struggling to find a job.
As she was leaving, I gave her a blessed Miraculous Medal, and I told her to wear it with great faith. She blessed herself with Holy Water and she was out the door.
Later in the day, she called to tell me the great news of receiving the job and said, “Mom, God blessed me because our Lady was with me. Can you adjust my medal on the chain so it fits right? I’m going to wear it always.”
I had been praying to our Lady that my family would be given a sign of faith of her intercession, big or small, and I believe she heard my prayer.
Thank you for having the Miraculous Medal Association web site that brings people like us together to learn of how great God’s love really is.
The second letter is from Illinois.
Dear Father,
I would like to report a miracle. In September, I called and asked that a 90-day Votive Light be burned at the Shrine and that my grandson’s name be placed at our Lady’s Altar for prayers.
He had just been in a very serious truck accident. He had a fractured skull and a brain injury. He was thrown out of the truck, and was lucky because the truck caught fire and burned. It was a total loss. If he hadn’t been thrown out, he would have burned to death.
Our prayers are being answered and the doctors are amazed at his progress. He has no recollection of the accident. He still needs more therapy and tests, but will begin school for half days this week. He will also need private tutoring for a while since he’s missed so much school.
We are all amazed at how our prayers are being answered. I thank you for your prayers, and ask you to continue to pray for his complete recovery. We will continue to pray for him too.
have a great love and devotion to the Blessed Mother. With her intercession, our grandson will make a complete recovery.
