The first letter is from New Mexico.

Dear Father,

I wanted you to know how God and the Blessed Mother helped a friend of mine.

For the last five years, my friend and I have been praying that she would be able to get pregnant.

We recently found out that after taking fertility drugs for the past two moths, she finally is pregnant. I don’t know how much my prayers have helped, but I’m convinced that Holy Mary heard some of my prayers for my friend.

I’ve asked the Blessed Virgin to intervene for me for some time now, and I’m convinced that she’ll help me if she can! I base that on her helping my friend, but I would appreciate it if you would pray to our Lady for me too.  

The second letter is via email.

Dear Father,

I pray that our heavenly Father and the Blessed Mother take care of us always.

I have Lupus, and due to four vascular diseases, I had to have two of my fingertips amputated. In the midst of this, I was laid off from my job due to lack of work.

During this challenging time, I just kept praying, knowing God and the Blessed Mother would see me through. One month after my lay-off, I was asked to come back to my former job, with a raise. Three months after that I was given a promotion and another raise.

I cannot count this as anything but a miracle. I can think of no other way in today’s economy and with my health problems. Being asked to come back to my job, but also given two raises and a promotion truly is a miracle.

I’m still recovering my health and we see miracles in my improvement every day. My gratitude and praise to God and the Blessed Mother is endless. Their mercy has no bounds.
