August 31, 2009

The first letter is from Ireland.

Dear Father,

I am profoundly disabled. I have some heavy crosses to bear in relation to my birth that no one can do anything about.

I have some great difficulties to deal with, but by wearing her Miraculous Medal, our Lady has helped me through them.

I now realize that I have received many powerful graces from our Lady, not because I am holy, but by overcoming the difficulties attached to my disabilities.

Be assured that you will receive wonderful graces if you wear our Lady’s Miraculous Medal.

The second letter is from Ohio.

Dear Father,

Thank you for your nice note. I enjoy reading your letters, and I thank you for praying for my husband and me.

I have good news to tell you. My husband got a job after being out of work for a year. We are so happy our prayers were answered.

God is so good. Sometimes it takes a long time to get what you are praying for, but he comes through all the time.

Of course, with my husband out of work, we had a bad time— no money and no food. Not all the time, but sometimes. But I am thinking of good times now.

Thank you Father, and keep praying for us. God bless you and all those at the Shrine.

Share your story of Mary's intercession for you .
