This letter is from Louisiana.

Dear Father,

I will never be able to thank our Lady enough for her intercession in the sale of our home.

We had signed the papers to buy our present home in early August of last year. The very next week, my husband lost his job. We put our old house on the market the first week of September.

The following week, the stock market started its slide downward and we’ve had nothing but doom and gloom on the news regarding the economy ever since.

We then had to evacuate our home because of two hurricanes heading toward our area of the country. We faced the possibility of having two houses devastated by hurricane wind and flood damage.

Luckily, we dodged the hurricanes with no damage. After all that, we were not optimistic about selling our old house.

In early December, I sent in a petition to our Lady to help us sell our old house soon. To my surprise, my husband called me the same evening telling me that someone was going to put a bid on the house that very night.

I am still amazed that our Lady brought me news of an offer on our house about an hour and a half after my petition to her.

I have told everyone I know about our Lady’s intercession and what a miracle she performed that day. I will be eternally grateful to our Lady and can never thank her enough for getting my house sold so quickly after my petition and especially in this economy.
