The first letter is from Illinois.

Dear Father,

I just wanted to say thank you for remembering my family and me in your prayers and for placing our novena intentions at the Shrine.

Mary and her Miraculous Medal have done a lot for my family and me.

Thanks to our Lady, I received a Miraculous Medal three years ago when I was 11 (I’m 14 now). We were “Catholics,” the kind who say they go to church, but hardly ever go except on Easter and Christmas and really aren’t that religious.

But since I received my Miraculous Medal and began wearing it, we’ve been going back to church, and this past May I was confirmed.

So I just wanted to say thank you for continuing to help spread devotion to the Miraculous Medal and allowing me to help spread devotion to it too.

The second letter is from Texas.

Dear Father,

I want to personally thank you for the prayers you offered for my mom, who had a low white blood cell count.

She had several bone marrow biopsies that turned up no answers.

A couple of months ago she had another panel of blood tests, and for the first time in over a year, her white blood cell count was in the normal range.

She never received any treatment or medication because doctors were unable to diagnose her. Therefore, it is my belief that she improved due to all of the prayers that were said to our Lady of the Miraculous Medal.

Thank you for your last letter inquiring about how she is doing. I am happy to report the good news that she remains in her improved condition.

I hope you are blessed in your ministry with many letters like mine. Thank you again.

Share your story of Mary's intercession for you .
