The first letter is from Tennessee.
Dear Father,
I am currently pregnant with our fifth child, a girl, who will be named Zoe Catherine, specifically after Saint Catherine Labouré.
I purchased a Miraculous Medal last October and we conceived after I had been wearing it less than a month. Our little girl is indeed a miracle.
We plan to give away Miraculous Medals and prayer leaflets to all who come to visit us after Zoe is born.
God bless you.
The second letter is from Massachusetts.
Dear Father,
I want you to know about special graces that both my husband and I received from Mary, our Mother.
We were on a cruise of the Panama Canal for “quality time” together in our busy lives. We always carry the Miraculous Medal with us.
My husband, who has a heart condition, was diagnosed with pneumonia while on the cruise. We were offloaded in Guatemala where we knew no one and did not speak the language.
Many times, I was told to prepare for the worst. I pinned a Miraculous Medal on him and one on myself for strength and prayed the rosary.
My husband spent nine days in the intensive care unit in a hospital there, and was finally sent home in an air ambulance.
Our prayers were granted. He is home with a long road to recovery, but he is home. I will always be grateful for the intercession of our Blessed Mother.
