The first letter is from Illinois.
Dear Father,
After two years of intensive studying and training my son completed paramedic/firefighter courses.
Although he finished at the top of his classes, he had been unsuccessful in efforts to get a job in his chosen field.
He recently applied to a company that contracts paramedics to fire departments and very much wanted the job. After not hearing from the company for several days, we started praying to the Blessed Mother for her intervention.
Yesterday he received a call from the company. He must take one final test, and if he passes it, the job is his. I know he will pass this test. I am so thankful for our Lady’s intervention to Jesus on his behalf. I will continue to pray to the Blessed Mother, giving thanks, and knowing that she does hear my prayers.
