The first letter is from Missouri.

Dear Father,

We have had a miracle in our family due; I’m sure, to our Blessed Mother’s intercession.

My brother-in-law had a large tumor on the back of his tongue. He had been receiving chemotherapy and radiation for eight months, and was being fed through a stomach tube.

The outlook was bleak, as the doctors told him that the tumor was still alive and more aggressive than first thought.

They were preparing to remove his tongue and the surrounding lymph nodes last week, and when they went to remove his tongue, the tumor was completely gone. There were not even any dead cancer cells left. There should have been some, I was told, due to the radiation alone. They removed the surrounding lymph nodes, and he is doing well as of this writing. When his throat heals, they will remove the stomach tube and he will eat normally again—something he thought he would never do.

Prayers do work. Praise to our Lady and the saints. Please keep us in your prayers, Father, as you are in ours.

The second letter is from Arkansas.

Dear Father,

I know you will be happy to hear that the Votive Lights I asked you to burn at Mary’s Shrine had their desired effect.

The problem with my cousin’s marriage has been resolved and all is well again.

Thanks so much for your prayers.

I am a strong advocate for devotion to our Lady and distribute Miraculous Medals to many outside of our Catholic faith.

Share your story of Mary's intercession for you.
