The first letter is via email.

Dear Father,

I am going through a nasty divorce, have not been to church in a few years, and have not received the sacraments in almost 18 years.

Last Sunday, while in New York City with a friend, I was walking by a Catholic church that I believe I have seen in recurring dreams.

My friend, who is not Catholic, asked if we could go in and light a candle for her deceased parents. We entered the church and lit the candles. I prayed to our Blessed Mother to give me the strength to cope with my divorce.

When I returned to the suburbs where my car was parked, I saw something glint in the lights on the ground. It was a Miraculous Medal.

My faith in prayer is restored, and I know I will be able to face what comes my way.

The second letter is from New York.

Dear Father,

I am writing to you in thanksgiving to our Lord and his Blessed Mother for good news received.

My doctor performed a hysterectomy on me because he found what he thought was a mass on my ovaries and was very suspicious that I had ovarian cancer.

I went to three different doctors seeking other opinions before the surgery and all three had the same suspicion-ovarian cancer.

I prayed to our Lady of the Miraculous Medal as I always do and wore her medal the day of the surgery.

The results were truly miraculous-the mass was benign. I will be forever thankful.

Share your story of Mary's intercession for you.
