The first letter is from Illinois.

Dear Father,

My son lost his job a few months ago. He kept trying to relocate with little success. Then he put in an application with the local university, but there were many people interested in the same position.

I promised our dear Mother Mary that if he got this job I would write to thank her.

My son got the job and started working again a few weeks ago. I am ever grateful.

I wear the Miraculous Medal of our Lady always and I know she is looking out for me and mine.

The second letter is from Colorado.

Dear Father,

My husband was 84 when he was in a serious wreck in his pickup truck.

He broke two vertebrae, and had to wear a halo brace for six weeks. He wore a hard neck brace for another six weeks, then a soft neck brace for a while longer.

He endured other life threatening injuries. He suffered a severed artery to his left kidney, and an MRI detected a cancerous growth on his right kidney. He now has only partial function of each kidney.

His “minor” injuries included amputation of two fingers on one hand, a broken hip, and a fractured ankle. He was in the intensive care unit for 26 days, and it was 96 days before he could return home.

He also suffers from macular degeneration in both eyes and hearing loss.

Thanks to the many prayers offered and our Lady’s intercession, he is slowly recovering. A friend gave us two Miraculous Medals right after his accident and I wear one and he has the other.

My husband is 86 now and walks again, without a cane or walker. He helps our son at his place of business every day, and is grateful to be alive.

Share your story of Mary's intercession for you.
