The second letter is from Wisconsin.
Dear Father,
When my husband of 57 years went off to serve in the Army during World War II, my aunt gave him a Miraculous Medal. We all prayed for his safe return. When he was wounded in the Battle of the Bulge and was taken to a hospital, his medal fell off his chain with his dog tags onto the floor. The medic asked him if he wanted it back. He said, "Yes, I'm taking it back home with me." Even though he was wounded, I know our Lady brought him back to me.
And my thanks to our Lady for helping our daughter and crippled son-in-law get a house built by Habitat for Humanity. It comes with a loan they can handle given their financial situation.
We have 11 children who are all enrolled as members in our Lady's Association. My husband and I have over 100 descendants, and we need your prayers for our family's health and welfare.
We are all praying for our Lady's intercession, and give thanks for her blessings.
