Visit Our Lady’s Shrine
This summer, if you’re traveling through the Perryville area, drop by for a visit to our Lady’s Shrine. Besides seeing our beautiful grounds and historic Shrine Church, you will be able to see the various changes that have been made to our campus including our new Heritage and Visitor Center. Last fall a lovely bronze sculpture of our Lady was mounted on the front of the new Visitor Center. It is an attractive addition to the building.
Pilgrimage Report
A few weeks ago, I returned from the Association’s pilgrimage to Greece and Turkey, in the footsteps of Saint Paul. Saint Paul is a good example of what one can do when one answers God’s call in one’s life. We remembered each of you in all the great churches and shrines we visited on our pilgrimage, and we prayed for you at Mass
Special Marian Pilgrimage This Fall
This October we have scheduled a 13-day pilgrimage to Poland, Prague, and Budapest. We will visit sights that were important in the life of our late Holy Father, John Paul II; to Maximilian Kolbe, the Franciscan martyr; and to Sister Faustina, the author of the Divine Mercy devotion.
