The Story of the Miraculous Medal Father Lukefahr's Weekly Reflections Share in Mary's Promise
The Blessed Virgin herself designed the Medal of the Immaculate Conception--popularly known as the Miraculous Medal! Here's What's New

Mary shares your sorrow

Our Blessed Mother looks down with compassion on all of us who experience sorrow. She is our Mother, and she experienced sorrows of every kind.  When you and I ask Mary to share our sorrow, she will lead us to the joy that only Jesus can give. I invite you to join us at our Blessed Mother's Altar during the Feast of Our Lady of Sorrows Novena beginning on September 7. We will remember you at those Masses, and your petitions will be placed near Mary.  Read Fr. Luke’s message about our Lady of Sorrows.

Family Blessings - Lead your family in prayer!

Spending quality time with God as a family may sound difficult, but as with any relationship, it’s just a matter of communication. The best way to communicate with God is through prayer. Leading your family in prayer doesn’t require a degree—only a humble desire to love Jesus and follow the precepts of this Holy Church. Read more how families can share time together in prayer. I invite you to use our Family Remembrance Certificate for a family you’d like to be remembered at our Lady’s Shrine. Send your petitions for your own family to be remembered in the Mass and prayers offered there each day.

Deepen your faith while helping to further our mission

The Association of the Miraculous Medal in Perryville is looking for volunteers to assist in fulfilling our mission of bringing the Blessed Mother, conceived without sin, to all Catholics in North America. If you are looking for ways to be closer to God, to help others, or (something to do) to stay active, volunteering at the Association of the Miraculous Medal is the way to go. We have opportunities for volunteers in Perryville for the Church, Church grounds, and AMM production area. We would be happy to have you help in any way possible. If you are interested, please contact Frank Ryan, Volunteer Coordinator at 573-768-7013 or fjryan@amm.org.

Save the Date--Travel with us to Greece & Turkey

The Association invites you to join our fall pilgrimage to Greece and Turkey, October 28 to November 7, 2014.  Father Charles Shelby, C.M., Associate Spiritual Director of our Lady’s Association, will once again be leading this exciting and spiritual journey covering places visited by St. Paul and other apostles and missionaries of the early Church. Ancient cities like Athens and Corinth will be explored along with Istanbul, Turkey and the city of Ephesus, where it is believed that the Virgin Mary spent her last days. Beautiful churches, basilicas, and monasteries will also be visited. A cruise will cover the majority of the pilgrimage in both Greece and Turkey. And there will be daily opportunities to celebrate Mass, pray the rosary, and talk with Fr. Shelby.  For more information or to reserve your spot, please click here or call 1-800-264-MARY (6279). Space is limited.
