The Story of the Miraculous Medal Weekly Reflections Share in Mary's Promise
The Blessed Virgin herself designed the Medal of the Immaculate Conception--popularly known as the Miraculous Medal! What's New

Join Our Lady of Lourdes Healing Novena

You are invited to join the Association’s Lourdes Novena, February 11-19, in person or in spirit.  Send us your intentions now to be remembered.  Our Lady is always ready to help her children. So many miracles at the healing pools of Lourdes, France, testify to the fact that Mary intercedes for us!  St. Bernadette was wearing a Miraculous Medal when Mary, the Immaculate Conception, appeared to her.  This close connection between Lourdes and the Miraculous Medal is why we celebrate an annual novena here at the National Shrine of the Miraculous Medal honoring Our Lady of Lourdes. Read Fr. Mike’s letter with more information about the miracles at Lourdes.
The season of Lent begins in just a few weeks.  Many of us “give something up” to turn our hearts back to God, to purify us, and prepare us for the celebration of Christ’s resurrection at Easter.  I’d like to ask you to “add-on” this Lent. In pursuit of our Lady’s mission of distributing the Miraculous Medal to all the world, the Association’s goal is to distribute one million medals by September 8, as a present to Mary on the feast of her birthday.  We need your help to accomplish this!  Read more about sharing medals with family, friends, church groups, and schools as a Lenten “add-on.”

Read comments from our members about how they are going to continue the mission that our Blessed Mother gave St. Catherine.

I invite you to join us, in person or in spirit, at the 11:00 a.m. Mass at the Shrine Church on Sunday, February 14, in observance of Valentine’s Day and the first Sunday of Lent.  Saint Valentine is the patron saint of engaged couples and happy marriages.  If you know a newly engaged or wedded couple in need of our Lord’s guiding grace, or have someone else in mind you would like remembered in this Mass, please send us their names.  You can also burn a Votive Light for their intentions as a sign of your prayer.  Click here to send someone you love a Valentine’s e-card from our Lady’s Association. Father Gagnepain – How our Blessed Mother has been a part of my life
Our Blessed Mother—our Mother—my Mother. I hope you will take a few minutes to listen as I share how our Blessed Mother has been a part of my life and my vocation. Trust that she will be with you if only you ask. Let her be a part of your life, like she has been in mine. “O Mary conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee.” Click here to watch his video.
