To you, O Lord, I lift up my soul, my God, in you I trust; do not let me be disgraced; do not let my enemies gloat over me. . . . Make known to me your ways, Lord; teach me your paths.
Psalms 25 1,2,4

Here's What's New

Join our Miraculous Medal Novena and request your 15-month planner

On November 27, 1830, our Blessed Mother appeared to Saint Catherine Labouré and gave her the Miraculous Medal. Since then millions and millions of medals have been distributed around the world. Read more about how Mary has touched the lives of those who have worn her medal and trusted in her intercession. Our Blessed Mother is waiting to hear your prayers. Allow the Association to pray with you. Send your petitions for remembrance in our annual Miraculous Medal Novena, November 19-27, and request Votive Lights to burn. Your intentions remembered in Rome November 4 – 9

On November 4 – 9 leaders of our faith will gather in Rome for a time of prayer and thanksgiving.  They will come together at the first General Assembly of the International Association of the Miraculous Medal – and they want to pray for you!  Several staff members from our Lady’s Association in Perryville will be attending the General Assembly and will carry your name with them for remembrance.  To submit your intentions to be remembered throughout the Assembly, including during the Papal Audience and the Angelus in Saint Peter’s Square, click here.  When prayers come together as one, they hold immense power.

A Mass to honor you

As a member of the Association of the Miraculous Medal, your faithful support is deeply appreciated by all of us here. We are blessed to have your active participation in our mission of spreading devotion to our Lady of the Miraculous Medal, and we are grateful. To honor our devoted friends and supporters, a special Mass on Sunday, November 23, at 11:00 a.m. CT, will be celebrated at our Lady’s Shrine in your honor. Please accept my invitation to attend. If you aren’t able to attend, we would still like to pray for you and your intentions. Please click here if you plan to attend. I hope to see you on November 23.

Remembering our beloved dead

Prayer for our departed loved ones is rooted in the Bible and is powerful because it brings peace to those on both sides of death. The Second Book of Maccabees (12:45-45) shows that Jews in the two centuries before Christ believed in praying for the deceased. Our belief in purgatory flows from this practice. Read more about praying for those in purgatory and heaven. Send me the names of your deceased relatives and friends along with the dates on which they passed away for remembrance in Mass on All Souls Day, November 2, throughout the month of November, and on their anniversary date in the coming year.

Travel in spirit to Greece and Turkey

The Association’s pilgrimage to Greece and Turkey begins on October 28 and continues until November 7. Fr. Shelby and the other pilgrims will visit some of the same places visited by Saint John, Saint Paul, and other apostles who preached the Gospel in Greece and Turkey. Read more about this spiritual journey. You can also follow Fr. Shelby and the other pilgrims each day of their pilgrimage on our homepage, Facebook, or on Twitter. Please join us in spirit and prayer on this journey of faith by sending your petitions to be remembered in Mass each day of the pilgrimage. To request one of our Pilgrimage gifts, click here. If you would like to view the Mass schedule to print or follow along, click here.

Deepen your faith while helping to further our mission

The Association of the Miraculous Medal in Perryville is looking for volunteers to assist in fulfilling our mission of bringing the Blessed Mother, conceived without sin, to all Catholics in North America. If you are looking for ways to be closer to God, to help others, or (something to do) to stay active, volunteering at the Association of the Miraculous Medal is the way to go. We have opportunities for volunteers in Perryville for the Church, Church grounds, and AMM production area. We would be happy to have you help in any way possible. If you are interested, please contact Frank Ryan, Volunteer Coordinator at 573-768-7013 or fjryan@amm.org.
